1443 Films is a scrappy independent production company based out of Tacoma, Washington. We are in the business of making strange, surreal, comedic films that surprisingly make you cry at fart jokes. We explore failure, the quiet beauty of the universe, the profound loneliness of human existence, impossibility, and silliness.
Our films take you places you would have never gone on your own – to the center of life’s great mysteries on the back of a winged yeti in go-go boots playing electric guitar, and making pit stops in the unknown with goofs and giggles about how butts are funny and society is collapsing.
